When we took over the winery in 2011, the grape variety " Viognier " was almost unknown to us - wrongly, as we discovered. Almost completely abandoned thirty years ago, the Viognier has been rediscovered by us and many of our colleagues since. Our "Découverte"
discovery) gives us a white wine rich in aromas of peach, apricot and exotic fruits. Part of the wine is aged in small wooden barrels
