AOP MINERVOIS - Intuition

Sometimes our intuition just makes us do things whose outcome we don't yet know. So, we have started to age part of our Syrah in wooden barrels, not to get wines that taste of wood, but to bring out the wine's own flavor even better. In the assemblage with other grape varieties, this gives a wine that drinks almost intuitively.

IGP PAYS D'OC - Origine

The Origine
origin) leads us to the most original in our region, the Carignan. This grape variety, long almost ubiquitous in our area because of its good heat tolerance, had been somewhat abandoned in recent times. We are fortunate to have very old vineyards of this grape variety - some are more than a hundred years old - that take us back to our origins and give us a very expressive wine.

AOP MINERVOIS - Séduction

Our region seduces with its very own charm, marked by its long history and a sunny climate. This seductive character of our terroir is particularly well expressed in our Séduction, a cuvé composed mainly of Carignan and Grenache, two traditional grape varieties particularly well adapted to our southern climate.

AOP MINERVOIS - Les Copains

This wine is the result of discussions with our friends: Shouldn't it be worth making an easily accessible wine with an easy-open closure that is simply a pleasure to enjoy with friends? Here is the result: a fruity wine mainly from Grenache that will certainly help to further deepen ties of friendship.

AOP MINERVOIS - L’aurore

Some of our vinyards are located on the Terroir de Laure with its sandy soils that produce fine and elegant wines. With this wine we want to give value to this terroir in its purest form, using only grapes from the most typical vineyards, which we have vinified without the use of wood.

IGP PAYS D'OC- Les Audacieux

The production of a high quality wine is always a challenge. Sometimes it evens demands some audacity. Often, you have to incur risks or follow unknown paths, always hoping that the result will be what you expect it to be. With “les Audacieux” we took one more step in the search for the most natural product : After the wine harvest, we did not add any sulfites to the wine. A risk for the ripening or the conservation of the wine ? Certainly, but the result is a vivid and fresh wine which was quite worth the risk…

IGP PAYS D'OC - Les Equilibristes

During the grape harvest period, the work in the wine cellar sometimes is almost an artistic exercice : The „Remontage“, the pumping of the liquid wine on the marc, the „pigeage“, the punching of the marc into the liquid, or emptying the tanks before the wine is pressed request almost the skill of an equilibrist – and all that with the goal to create a well blanced wine. This holds especially true for the Marselan, a grape variety which in itself is the result of a search for equilibrium: Created as a crossing of Cabernet Sauvignon and Grenache, the Marselan combines the best qualities of these varieties but nevertheless shows a completely own character. Which wine could be more appropriate to honor our team of equilibrists!
