Our winery, Domaine Saint Antoine, is located in the middle of a picturesque landscape, directly at the dried up 'Etang de Marseilette' with a view over the wide valley of the Aude River to the mountains of the Corbières. The famous Canal du Midi is only a few kilometers away and invites you for walks, bike rides or a boat trip. Excursion destinations include the famous Cité of Carcassonne with its medieval walls, the 'Gouffre Geánt de Cabrespine', one of the largest stalactite caverns in Europe and the old abbeys of Caunes and Frontfroide. A trip to nearby Narbonne, whose history dates back to the Romans, is also very worthwhile. Just in the village, in Rieux-Minervois, stands the remarkable heptagonal church with works by the famous Master of Cabestany. The castles of the Cathars as well as the historic town of Minerve, which gave the region its name, also invite you to take a trip into the history of this varied region. In addition, there are numerous hiking trails in the Montagne Noire, which can be reached in about 30 minutes.

Especially popular are the visits to the regional weekly markets, where fresh products from the region are offered.

A very beautiful bathing lake, the Lac de Jouarres, is about 18 km away, the sea at Narbonne-Plage 65km.

On our Domaine Saint Antoine there are two vacation apartments, so called 'Gites' available for our guests. Nestled in the beautiful countryside with a view of the Corbières to the south and the Montagne Noire to the north and surrounded by our vineyards, we offer you a beautiful, relaxing stay close to nature.

All guests have access to a well-maintained, fenced and heated pool with sun loungers and umbrellas, a barbecue area
due to the dry weather, outdoor barbecues are not allowed) with a covered seating area and our other outdoor facilities. These include two picnic benches, one under the shady pine trees the other with a view of the vineyards, ideal for an aperitif in the evening sun and a seating area under the pergola in our rose garden. Furthermore, we have a boules court for all those who want to indulge in this typical game of the country. Guests and their children can play on the large trampoline. For jogging you will find enough varied paths through the adjacent orchards and vineyards. Our guests especially appreciate the quiet location of the winery. For excursions and shopping you need a car.

There is a washing machine for guests and parking is available free of charge.

Tastings of Domaine Saint Antoine wines are also offered. The in-house wine contributes to the relaxed vacation atmosphere.

In front of the entrance is the southeast-facing, wind-protected terrace with seating furniture and parasol. It is only a few steps to the swimming pool.

Bungalow Olivette is located next to vineyards and the secured and heated swimming pool. The large terrace with sunshade has table and chairs for relaxed outdoor dining. The wind-protected terrace has sun in the morning and at noon. The olive trees standing there gave the gîte its name.

The spacious living-dining area with integrated kitchen has sliding glass doors on two sides with views towards the swimming pool and into the beautiful countryside. The kitchen is well equipped with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine and microwave. Up to six people can sleep comfortably in the three bedrooms. Two new bathrooms were installed a few years ago, one of which has a bathtub and the other a large shower. Towels and bed linen are provided, hair dryers are in the bathrooms. When preparing your apartment, all surfaces and handles are additionally wiped with disinfectants. Regular cleaning takes place.
